Scan the QR code on each machine or use the in-store kiosk. Tap & go only.

Do I need to bring detergent?

No — soap & softener are included in each wash. Our machines are pre-loaded for your convenience with hypo-allergenic and eco-friendly detergent and softener.

What machine size do I need?

We offer machines from small everyday loads through to large family washes, doonas, and blankets.

How long does laundry take?

Most wash and dry cycles can be completed in under 1 hour, depending on load size and fabric type.

Are pets allowed?

Yes — and we have dedicated pet-only machines.

Is it safe?

Yes. The venue is cashless and monitored by 24-hour CCTV.

Do I need to stay on site?

You’re welcome to stay or return when your cycle is finished.

Is wifi available?

WiFi is not currently available, however we offer a comfortable seating area with small tables and power points so you can bring your chargers for your devices, or work while your laundry is running.
